Claims Consulting & Management


Workers’ compensation claims present a multitude of challenges for employers, who oftentimes are frustrated and overwhelmed by the competing demands of the many parties to a workers’ compensation claim, to include injured workers, claim representatives, treating doctors, vocational rehabilitation counselors, attorneys, and others. Employers respond to these demands knowing that the financial outcome of claims determines their loss experience which ultimately factors into future premiums. Caught in the midst of these competing demands, the employer may question whether adequate attention is being given to the employer’s best interests as claims are paid and brought to closure.

Our service monitors and tracks the key claim handling activities of the insurer’s claim staff to promote cost effective and timely resolution of workers’ compensation claims. From the time a claim is reported to the insurer until the time the claim is closed, we act of behalf of our client to advocate the employer’s interests with respect to their employees’ claims.
